Built for iOS 17+ — App Clip for guests

Every cameraat your wedding,one album.

Guests scan a QR code and start shooting — no download, no login, no account. You get every frame from every phone, culled by AI into the fifty shots you'd actually print, in a vault that outlives the party.

The math nobody tells you

Ask guests to install an app and you lose three quarters of your wedding.

Guest-album apps die on the install prompt. Mosaic removes it entirely for guests and keeps a real, full app for the one person who actually wants one — you.

Guests · App Clip

Zero friction, by design

A card on the table, a code on the screen. The camera opens over the Clip — a real shutter, a real film-roll feeling — and every shot lands in your album instantly.

No App Store, no sign-up, no password reset at the bar
Offline queue with automatic retry — venue wifi can be terrible
"Photos of me," opt-in, explained before anything is matched
Guests keep their own photos free, forever. No paywall on memories
Host · Native iOS

The app you'll actually want open

You're planning for months — you deserve more than a browser tab. Mosaic gives the host a full native app with the tools the category never built.

Live Activity on your lock screen as the album fills
Cull review — dupes grouped, blinks flagged, nothing deleted without you
Separate QR and rules per function — mehndi, ceremony, reception, after-party
Widgets, collage studio, audio guestbook
How it works

Three steps. Two of them are yours.

Create the event

Date, functions, reveal time, privacy zones. Two minutes in the host app and your codes are ready to print.

Guests scan and shoot

The Clip opens the camera in about two seconds. No cap on shots, no account, no explaining anything to anyone's uncle.

Reveal, cull, keep

Photos develop at your reveal time. AI groups the duplicates and scores the keepers — then hands you the vault, ready to browse.

AI cull — nobody else does this

2,000 photos from 150 phones. Fifty you'd frame.

Culling AI has existed for years — pointed at one photographer's single-camera shoot. Mosaic points it at the actual mess: a crowdsourced pile from dozens of cameras, all shooting the same first dance from nine angles.

Dupes grouped, not deleted. Nine takes of the same kiss collapse to one card you expand and choose from.
Blinks, blur and backs of heads get flagged and sink — they never leave the album.
You have the final say. Mosaic never destroys a guest's photo. Every call is reversible.

Features

Things the rest of the category has simply never shipped.

Not a feature list for its own sake — each one closes a specific complaint people have about guest albums today.

Live Activity & Dynamic Island

Your lock screen counts the album up through the night. No competitor has any of the three: Live Activities, widgets, or a Watch complication.

Reception · developing

Photos of me — with real consent

Guests see exactly what's being matched, and by how many cameras, before anything is scanned. Opt-in, revocable, plain-language consent.

Guests & moderation

A two-tap report on any photo, a host review queue, and the ability to block a guest — house rules the host actually controls.

Collage studio, with credits

Print-ready layouts that name the guest who took each shot — a thank-you card that writes itself.

Audio guestbook

Guests leave a voice note next to a photo. The toast nobody remembered to record.

The Vault — because two of these apps already died with people's weddings in them

WedPics and Eversnap both shut down with galleries still inside. So Mosaic writes your originals out to your iCloud, Drive or Dropbox automatically, and keeps a full-resolution zip downloadable forever. No proprietary format, no hostage-taking, no HD paywall during your own reception.

Privacy zones

Cameras off during the ceremony or the speeches. Per-function rules, enforced in the Clip.

Pricing

One price, once. Never a paywall on your own wedding.

No subscription. No per-guest fees. Guests never pay for anything, ever.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Do wedding guests need to download an app to share photos?

No. Guests scan your Mosaic QR code and the camera opens straight away through an Apple App Clip — or the mobile web uploader on Android. No App Store visit, no account, no login. Only you, the host, install the full app.

How much does Mosaic cost?

It's free for gatherings up to 5 guests. Beyond that, it's a one-time price per event: $7 for small gatherings up to 30 guests, $19 for a single function with unlimited guests, $29 for the whole wedding — up to 6 functions. No subscription, ever. Guests never pay.

Is there a guest limit or a photo limit?

No photo limit, ever, on any tier — guests shoot as much as they like, the cull is how you deal with volume, not a paywall. Guest count is what sets the tier: Free covers up to 5 guests, Small gathering up to 30, and One night / The whole wedding are unlimited. Uploads also queue locally and retry automatically when venue wifi drops out.

What happens to our photos if we never pay?

Nothing is deleted. If your event stays at 5 guests or fewer it's simply free, permanently. If it grows past that, every shot already captured is waiting whenever you decide to unlock a bigger tier.

What happens to our photos if Mosaic shuts down?

Two apps in this category shut down with people's weddings inside them, so this is a fair question. Every Mosaic event auto-exports originals to your own iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox, and the Vault keeps a full-resolution zip you can download at any time. Standard formats, no lock-in — if we vanished, you'd still have every file.

Can guests see only the photos of themselves?

Yes — "Photos of me" auto-sorts a guest's own set using face matching. It's strictly opt-in: the guest is shown what will be matched before they agree, and they can withdraw and have their face data deleted at any time.

Does it work on Android?

Guests on Android use the mobile web uploader from the same QR code — same album, same instant capture, nothing to install. The host app is native iOS today, with Android on the roadmap.

Can we control when photos appear?

Yes. Set a reveal time and the album "develops" — guests shoot all night and everyone sees the roll together the next morning. You can also set privacy zones so cameras stay off during the ceremony or the speeches.

Your event, in one album
